Leave your mark on the Wilson High School campus for years to come by purchasing an engraved paver or tile!

Pavers are 8”x 8” and will be installed on Gurski Stadium Plaza inside the gates. The tiles are 4”x 8” and will be installed in the Hallway of Fame in the renovated Snyder Natatorium. Pavers and tiles can both be ordered with or without a graphic. Pavers are $175 each and tiles are $100 each.Please note: layout is at the discretion of the engraver & brick/paver placement is at the discretion of the Wilson School District.

Please follow these simple steps to order a paver and/or tile:

- The reverse side of this form has templates for each layout as well as 18 different options for graphics. Use the templates to create your design. Please be aware that spaces and punctuation DO count as characters.

- Once you have decided on the layout and/or graphic, you can either order online or submit the completed form.

- To order online, visit www.wilsonsd.org/EdFoundation. You will be able to submit the text, select a graphic and pay for each paver/tile all online.

- Or you can order by completing this form and mailing it along with the payment to:
